Technical Support Specialist (L1/L2)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies, recommend architecture solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based projects aligned with business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Design end-to-end cloud architecture solutions for various business applications

  • Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives

  • Ensure architecture meets key requirements in scalability, security, performance, and availability

  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure cohesive implementation

  • Create documentation and diagrams for cloud infrastructure and workflows

  • Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in cloud technologies

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role

  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices

  • Experience with cloud automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus
